How can I book the cruise?
On our web-site you will find a booking form. Please, feel it in and send us. How can I pay for the cruise?
The payment is made by bank transfer or by cash. We do not accept checks. On booking the cruise you will get the invoice for 20% deposit by fax or e-mail. The invoice will feature our bank account. On getting your money we will send you the preliminary confirmation and the invoice for the 80% which is to be paid a month before the cruise commencement date. This last payment may be done also by credit card (Visa, Master Card) on board the ship upon your arrival. Is there any reservation fee?
Yes, on booking the cruise we will ask you to pay 20% deposit which is not refundable. The deposit will be deducted from final payment. Where the ships docks?

When will the services on board begin and end?
Embarkation is at 16:00 on the first day (or 2 hours before the ship sails if you embark later). We would ask you to leave your cabin at 10:00 at the disembarkation day. If you, however, arrive to Kyiv/Odessa earlier than 16:00, or should leave the ship later than 10:00, you can store your luggage on board in a special place. This service if free for all our guests.The cruise starts with dinner on the embarkation day and ends with breakfast on disembarkation day.
Visa Requirements
Visas to visit Ukraine for periods up to three months are no longer required by American, Canadian and European Union citizens. You will however need a passport valid for six months beyond your exit from Ukraine.For other nationalities: please, check with Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate whether you need a visa to enter Ukraine. If yes, we will issue an official visa invitation.
