- On booking the cruise please, check with Ukrainian Embassy of Consulate whether you need a visa to enter Ukraine.
Visas for periods up to three months are no longer required by American, Canadian and European Union citizens.
If you do need the Ukrainian visa, please, inform us and we will issue an official visa invitation.
- Please do not forget your passport! You can enter Ukraine ONLY with PASSPORT, valid for six months beyond your exit from Ukraine.
- Detailed program for next day will be provided every evening in your cabin.
- If you come with a group, please, follow the instructions of the group leader. The cruise staff always discusses all vital issues (embarkation/disembarkation procedure, restaurant seating, booking of optional tours, etc) with the tour leader of your group.
- For any questions please, address the reception first. The receptionists will help you or instruct whom to address if the problem is beyond our competence. On board all our ships we try to have reception staff speaking YOUR language.
- The last day of your cruise is the first day for the next cruise. So, to prepare the ship for new guests, we would ask you to leave your cabin at 10:00 at the disembarkation day. If you, however, should leave the ship later than 10:00, you can store your luggage on board in a special place. This service if free for all our guests.
